Sea Island Estate

For this project the objective was to update and engage. A slight facelift was given to the porches on the sides of the house while adding a new porch that optimizes the views of the marsh. At the pool, the existing screened porch design was reconsidered and extended to the second level creating a new roof that conformed to the existing architecture. The second level porch was mirrored on the opposite side of the house providing a screened porch directly off one of the bedrooms. These new additions integrate into the site and create comfortable conditions to enjoy the spectacular outdoor views of the marsh.
